Mr. John Bendoraitis
Mr. John Bendoraitis, Compass's President, joined Northwest in 1984
and worked as a technician and technical instructor before accepting a
manager's position in 1998. Prior to joining Compass in July 2006, Mr.
Bendoraitis was the Vice President of Base Maintenance for Northwest.
In that role, he had the responsibility for all of the Northwest's
airframe, engine and component maintenance. Prior to this assignment,
he worked on a variety of management positions in the various Support
Shops including Managing Director of Minneapolis Line Maintenance and
Plant Maintenance Operations. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Business from Metropolitan State University, a Masters of Business
Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St. Thomas and he
is a licensed Airframe and Power plant mechanic.

Mr. Jose Cordova
Mr. Jose Cordova, Compass's Director, Quality Control and Chief
Inspector, previously served as Independence Air's Quality
Assurance/Quality Control Inspector from 2003 to 2006. Prior to
joining Independence Air, American Airlines employed him as Quality
Assurance Supervisor (1996-2003), BEE and GEE Manufacturing, Inc.
employed him as Production Control Supervisor (1995-1996) and Aircraft
Repair and Overhaul Service employed him as Inspector (1993-1995). Mr.
Cordova also served in the California Army National Guard from 1990 to
1996.

Mr. Robert Coulter
Mr. Rob Coulter, the Compass Airlines Vice President of Operations, is
an Airline Transport Pilot with over 41 years of aviation experience.
Before joining Compass, Mr. Coulter held various positions with Independence
Air/Atlantic Coast Airlines, including Senior Director of Operations, System
Chief Pilot, and line Captain (1993-2006). Prior to this, he was employed by Air
Wisconsin as a Chief Pilot and line Captain (1989-1993). Mr. Coulter retired
from the United States Air Force in 1988 as a Colonel with 22 years of service,
during which he flew MC-130s, led airborne air commando teams and held various
command and general staff positions in Air Force special operations.

Mr. Randy Hamilton
Mr. Randy Hamilton, Director of Training and Standards, is an Airline
Transport Pilot with over 10,000 hours of flight time and 32 years of
aviation experience. Before joining Compass Airlines, Mr. Hamilton
held various positions at Independence Air, including Director of
Training and Standards (2006-2005), Director of Training (2005-1999),
Manager of Training (1999-1997), Instructor/Check Airman (1997-1996),
Line Pilot (1996-1995). Mr. Hamilton served as a Naval Aviator for
approximately 21 years, where he held several aviation related
positions. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in History and
Political Science from Central Missouri State University.

Mr. William Lange
Mr. William Lange, Compass's Vice President, Safety and Compliance and
Chief Safety Officer. He served previously as Independence Air's Vice
President of Safety and Security (2004-2006), Senior Vice President of
Safety and Security (2003-2004),Senior Vice President of Operations
Resources (2002-2003),Senior Vice President of Maintenance and
Operations (200-2002), and Senior Vice President of Technical
Operations (2000). Prior to joining Independence Air, he served in
senior-management positions with several companies, including World
Airways (1997-1999), Aero Initiatives (1996-1997), Aero International
(1996), Jet stream Aircraft, Inc. (1993-1996), British Aerospace
Holdings, Inc. (1992-1993), Pan Am Express, Inc. (1989 to 1992) and
Pan Am World Airways, Inc. (1973-1989).

Ms. Nancee Franklin
Ms. Nancee Franklin serves as Director of Customer Service, Security and Facilities. Before joining the Compass team, she previously served as Independence Air’s Director of Airside Operations at IAD with over 600 employees and more than 350 daily departures under her supervision. In addition, she was a Customer Service Regional Manager for Atlantic Coast Airlines. Prior to joining ACA/Independence Air, she held various Station Manager positions with Piedmont/US Airways Express and a Regional Manager position with US Airways. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University. She is currently responsible for all airport operations providing oversight of contract vendors, security functions and facilities for Compass Airlines.

Mr. Rob Truax
Rob Truax joins us from Champion Airlines where he has worked since 2003. While at Champion Rob has worked as an Avionics Engineer, Senior Engineer, Manager of Engineering, Director of Engineering and Reliability and lastly, as Vice-President of Technical Operations & DOM. In his role Rob was responsible for all facets of Technical Operations including: QC, QA, Aircraft Records, Maintenance Programs, Technical Publications, Engineering, Reliability, Materials, Planning, Maintenance Training, Line and Heavy check Maintenance and Engine Overhaul. He brings with him a wealth of technical knowledge and leadership experience from his various roles. Rob earned a BA in Aviation management in 2002 from Metropolitan State University and holds both A&P and R&E licenses as well as a private pilot license. We look forward to adding Rob's experience and enthusiasm to our team.

Ms. Ines Robinson
Ms. Ines Robinson, Director of Human Resources, joined Compass
Airlines in 2007. Prior to joining Compass, Ms. Robinson held several
positions as a Human Resources Manager with General Dynamics
Information Technology (GDIT), DeVry University and Albertson’s, Inc.
Ms. Robinson served in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft
Maintenance Specialist working on F-4’s and F-16’s and as a
Communications-Computer Systems Program Manager. While in the Air
Force she obtained two Associates of Applied Science Degrees from the
Community College of the Air Force; one in Aircraft Maintenance
Technology and one in Logistics. She received her Bachelor of Arts
degree in Human Resource Administration from Saint Leo University.

Mr. Jeff Kralik
Mr. Jeff Kralik, Compass's Chief Pilot, is an Airline Transport Pilot
with over 5,000 hours of 121 flight experience. Mr. Kralik joined
Compass in August 2006 as a Captain. His responsibilities included
flying line operations, Team member to the Compass pilot negotiating
team, and pilot recruiting. Before joining Compass, he held various
positions at Atlantic Coast Airlines/Independence Air, including IAD
domicile Chief pilot, ORD chief pilot, Captain and First Officer
(November 1998 - January 2006). Mr. Kralik received a BS degree in
Aeronautical Studies – Air Transport emphasis from University of North
Dakota - John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences.
